Day 2 and I can honestly say that I feel more energetic than normal. I’ve only had a cup of coffee (normally I have about 3...maybe 4) but these Slims seem to give me enough energy that I may be able to ween off coffee all together! but lets not get a head of myself lol I love my coffee.
I am experiencing a little bit of stomach pains though :( not sure if that’s just my body “flushing” the impurities but it seems to subside when I drink my water. SO drink that H2O people! Other than that, I feel great!
I didn’t get to work out yesterday, my boyfriend decided to stay with me last night due to the fact my roommates are out of town and I would have been home alone. Normally that wouldn't bother me, I love my alone time, but it was nice to see him during the week and it was sweet of him to trek 45 mins after work to stay with me...its the little things like that, that steal my heart :) <3
So today my work out will incorporate cardio and an upper body workout! Pinterest has been my savior for finding different work outs and cardio routines to do, I seriously have an addiction to pinterest...but who doesn't?
So heres to day 2! Make good choices people!
