Ever heard of a grief kind kicking in much before its cause transpires? Undeterred by the seasoning, it sucks your soul dry and brings your heart to bay.
Time ceases itself whenever it pleases, lurking around the void youâre cornered in. Time both being a forbidding enemy and a useless friend.
A friend, nonetheless.

Yay! A new research for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) has been initiated by an Australian student, Tina Katsaros. The video is a brief but solid introduction to her thesis essentials.
âStudies have shown that there are a number of defects in how cells from people with me/cfs make energy vs. healthy control cellsâ, Katsaros claims. In her work, she will focus on trying to specify the causal defect in these energy producing cells (among ones that *Use fats as fuels | *Mitochondria (Powerhouse of cell) | *Proteins that regulate energy)
This research is one of the entries of the annual research competition in LA Trobe University. There are several prizes for different aspects in these researches. This one is âVisualize Your Thesisâ by popular vote.
It is extremely important for the fields of medicine and science to be encouraged to pay more attention to chronic illnesses as most anything that is chronic is not taken as seriously as the fatal conditions despite of how debilitating they could be. Itâs like how youâre usually approached by most of the ERs: if nothing is life threatening, they wonât rush a bit despite of the screams, moans and cries in agony. As long as you live or are living, âitâs fineâ kind of mentality.
Weâre living but how weâre living? Through inertia, low life quality, unemployment, shattered dreams, daily distress, frustration, desperation and hopelessness. I personally donât call that a living. Thatâs why these (new) researches, thesises and clinical trials are very important. It should be our duty to support them.
