It looks like Greg came into some money, which is why he’s spending so freely. A lot of people tend to do that. Yea, he should save some money but I’m not worried so much because its a cartoon so typically things go back to the status quo unless there’s a specific reason why it wouldn’t. I think Greg having a bunch of money would be quite a big, unnecessary upheaval of the character, so I’d expect him to somehow lose the money or something
