So my family found out two days ago that our oldest dog, Daisy, has stage 4 lymphosarcoma. She is only 5. Without treatment, which is what my family has decided to do, she only has about 2 months left at most. The Cancer is Spreading Lymphosarcoma
The Cancer is Spreading Lymphosarcoma
As with anything, curing cancer is impossible. With this treatment I was able to give Buford more time. I am sorry to say I believe the cancer has spread now.

My baby has lymphosarcoma(she's a cat) and i'm torn whether I should help her fight the cancer with chemo or let nature take her away. She doesn't seem to be in any pain(but..she's a cat, so she wouldn't show me anyway) but the cancer is huge, it's engulfing her throat and one of the vets said it started in her lungs. So if I can see it's pretty bad on the outside, I can't imagine how it's tearing her up on the inside. I put a little pressure on her chest and she hissed at me(she NEVER does that, she's such a sweetheart :( ) and I felt two new balls yesterday. It's so aggressive but I can't NOT try, you know? she deserves the best fight she can manage. But is that the fair thing to do? should I have her fight the cancer eating her body for a few months, hope for remission, just to have it start all over again once the treatment is over? Maybe another 9 months with my baby.. and then what? I wish she could tell me what she wants...
