Why?
Noibat is a baby bat, which is Lilia’s species of fae. Lilia is also nocturnal. In his dorm uniform vignette, he helps take care of a baby bat, though it is released at the end. Noibat also evolves into the extremely strong Noivern.
Lilligant relates to Lilia’s name, both the pokemon and name coming from the lily flower.
Luxray is a strong and protective pokemon. One of its most important aspects is that it is able to see through anything and track down prey. It would be useful for warfare.
