I see the rooms before they are drawn. Space is something I puzzle in my mind over and over again. Then, I sketch a floor plan, and then an elevation. I have a cabinet builder create CAD drawings. Then I take those CAD drawings to a sketchup artist. And finally, all the materials and specifications go to our graphic designer for presentation.
