I think if I have any one criticism of this redesign it’s her weird basketball sneaker boots and not because I don’t like them (although as you can see I only barely bothered with the details on them)
See one of the things about reboot redesigns is they tend to fall into the trap of overcomplicating what was originally usually a pretty straightforward design? Especially reboots of Filmation related stuff or of superhero stuff, which is what He-Man and She-Ra are when you get down to it.
Anyway Netflix She-Ra managed to avoid that right up until they designed her boots lmao; again I don’t dislike them on their own but they’re too complex and busy next to the rest of her costume.
okay so it's totally understandable to be bitter about MDZS's fanbase and ARCEUS KNOWS how tired I am of seeing the live action drama everywhere when it's the one version of the story I cannot care about and also I did in fact just see the thing on your ask screen that said "don't send me Naruto stuff" but LISTEN, okay, MDZS is straight-up a SasuNaru roleswap set in fantasy China and SO FEW PEOPLE will understand me when I say that so I had to say it to you, specifically, thank you for your time
