Okay, but some people really sleep on the pure goodness that is friends-to-lovers ships. It’s a beautiful, wonderful dynamic to have characters who start out as friends (or even enemies who became friends) with a strong, playful, platonic bond, and watch it slowly evolve into a budding romance, with long dates recalling mutual memories under the stars, with cuddling on the couch with hot cocoa, with laughing over the worst joke ever. Some people really miss how blurry the line is between The Best Friends and The Lovers. Because sometimes they’re the same thing.
