Since switching to a plantbased lifestyle, my sweet tooth had to find a new channel to satisfy itself 😆. I soon found out fruits were the way to go. From my super fave grapes, to oranges and grapefruits. They are all natural and healthy sugars, plus vitamin C! (gotta keep that flu away!)
