Today was a good day! I got to take a client to lunch at this gorgeous little outdoor cafe that is right across the street from a butterfly garden! The food was good, and little butterflies kept landing everywhere, on our table, our glasses, one even landed in my hair! The client seemed happy, and that’s what matters. Some days I really love my job. I also got to grab dinner with my best friend Jen. It’s always good to see her, and we had some really good conversation. Plus she said she had this guy she wanted to set me up with? Maybe I’ll go for it! I did have to turn down her offer to go dancing tonight, though. After that big client meeting, I just want to veg out and read a book. Maybe I’ll join next week.
