Because everything he did from series 4 onwards really ticked me off. His last episode was, in my eyes, horribly written, not to mention his last words and that farewell tour. Near the end he just wasn't the Doctor anymore, he was just all self-loving and condescending in ways in which I couldn't recognise the good old "pre-series 4" Doctor.
That's just that. It's basically bad writing and lots of acting out of character that made me dislike him in the end.
Had an x-ray done today and they found you in my heart. The doctor said that if they took you out, I would die, because i couldn’t live without such a good friend. Give this heart to everyone you don’t want to lose in 2012 including me if you care. Try to collect twelve, it is not easy.
