Sebek get's a Toxel (with an Amped Nature) and he is STRESSED. He will probably get adopted by a Hatterene his second year, Much to the confusion of literally EVERYBODY.

Silver is always getting followed around by little Pokemon, and he took the Togepi that later evolved into Togetic. and he picked up the Phantump when it followed him all of his second year.

Lilia picked a Tinkatink his first year cuz it was cute, and it would evolve into a Tinkaton quickly. The Relicanth is almost as old as he is and he brought it to the school his second year because he missed his old buddy.

Malleus got the Great Tusk from the council in Briar Valley for "Tradition" but he chose the Torkoal as his starter. It was only at the beginning of his third year that he picked up the Cubone after he found it hiding under a gargoyal.

Wooo!

Epel gets a Carbink because Vil chose it for him. But he'll definitely pick up an Impidimp in second year. And sorry, no Applin cuz he has over 30 of them at home.

Rook gets a Nosepass his first year as his adventuring buddy and then picked up the Sudowoodo when he found it in the woods on the island.

Vil started with a Spritzee and picked up a Shroodle shortly after. He evolved them as soon as he could. Grafaiai helps with his poisons and maybe makeup(Easy there, Poison Ivy). Aromatisse always accompanies him to red-carpet events and film shoots. The Minior is, in fact, shiny and was gifted to him by Niege, much to his chagrin, but he accepted it with grace and takes great care of it. It's seldom seen without its shell due to his efforts.

Another bonus Pokemon

Ortho gets a Beldum when he joins to school in Book 6 and the Varoom just likes to follow him. He'll take it in when he gets to second year.

Idia got the Duraludon from home when he entered the school, and he adopted the Galarian Meowth in second year. No one has any idea where the Iron Valiant came from. Did S.T.Y.X. send it to him? Did he build it himself? No one can corner him long enough to get an answer.

Kalim has a shiny Magikarp that he has no Idea how to evolve, and he insists on trying to figure it out on his own. The Blissey was specifically trained by Jamil since it was a Happiny in first year to protect Kalim when Jamil isn't around. And the Chatot just really took a shine to him and never left.

Jamil chose the Indeedee when he enrolled to help him around the dorm and home when he visits. He picked up the Pawniard in second year because he's a practical guy, and it can help him watch over Kalim. The Gulpin doesn't belong to him, but it somehow got into the school, and Jamil made the mistake of feeding it leftover food, so now it follows him around the kitchen in Scarabia.
