Lost another half a pound.
Yesterday was a leftovers day for dinner of fajita vegetables, chicken and shrimp with sour cream and cheese in a bowl. SOOO YUMMY!!!
Today was a church day and while I was preparing the girls, myself, and making sure my sick husband was good before I left I had a Quest Bar. Which those suckers are amazing. It’s a protein bar with 4 Net Calories a bar. There’s cookie dough, brownie and other flavors. I don’t eat them all the time for a meal replacement but I do when I need to or if I need to pretend I’m eating a dessert.
Ate with my mom and the girls at Applebees today and had a Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp except I subbed out red-skinned potatoes with broccoli. After doing that my dinner was 10 Net Carbs.
Dinner we had Costco pizza and I had supreme but just toppings. So that saved me a ton of carbs there.
I don’t feel tired lately but I wouldn’t say I have tons of energy either. I think the main difference this time around is that I’m not eating as much greasy foods and just eating more vegetables. Even though you can eat tons of bacon every day on this diet doesn’t mean we should. It has made all the difference.
My goal is to get to 160′s before by February. Even if it’s 169.9!
