Headcanon and the sheer nature of transformative works?

I mean, we do not have a script telling us Seteth is Rhea's older brother. We have a script saying Rhea is the last (in youngest) Child of the Goddess.

Seteth and Flayn are called Children of the Goddess.

Logically, Rhea cannot be the youngest if Flayn exists, so it's widely accepted Rhea intended to say youngest child Sothis created. Flayn wasn't created by Sothis, she was born to her mom and Cichol.

As to what is Seteth's relationship to Rhea, I'm 300% under the "he's her tired big bro" theory, as to why people make him younger than her...

Maybe because he acts as her second - a role often given to younger siblings? Or, for certain people, if Seteth is younger than her, then "he had no choice but obey" her various orders when she's obviously "bad" - ditto for the "they're not siblings but cousins" or something like that. Or just, because it isn't explained anywhere and for those people it'd make more sense to HC as cousins than siblings - everything is HC in Fodlan after all, the devs didn't care about their own lore.

I'm pretty sure they do, at least Catherine does. Rhea transformed in front of everyone in CF's chapter 12 to blast Billy. Maybe Dimitri knows it too?

Granted, with Rhea more or less transforming in a giant lizard in front of everyone + a certain "information campaign" means CF is the route where people knows she is a dragon, or at least the route where you have the most people who can have this knowledge (the "information campaign" on its own is just propaganda, but coupled with the fact she transformed in broad daylight in front of everyone - when in the other routes she isolates herself on a cliff before jumping in the fray).

Curiously, people defect from the church because Rhea's spouting nonsense and talking to herself, laughing to herself too - not because she's a giant lizard. Maybe the fact she's a giant lizard isn't that off putting to people who were initially on her side (the IO is a sacred beast after all) but since we're on the "eww dragons" route, I wonder why they didn't put more people defecting because Rhea's not a human.

Back to Catherine, I noted in the og!version she calls Seteth'n'Flayn with honorifics (when she tells Rhea their either died or ran away). But when she talks to Seteth during their support she doesn't use the same honorifics (sama). Is she adding them when she talks to Rhea, or because, at that point in the game, Catherine knows Seteth'n'Flayn are Cichol'n'Cethleann?

TFW "eww lizards" route is the route where the lizards share, willingly or not, their secret with more humans than in any other route, and it ends up with their "obliteration".

Whenever i want to feel bad i wonder about the nabateans during CF, even birdie and Indech, Macuil'd be craughing because look humans wants to kill them all again and it's the descendants of the thieves and og humans who were out for their blood who are on their side this time - Indech's still "IDGAF" but hands out shiny weapons to humans, maybe forever regretting that his shiny weapon is the one who was used to shoot his bro, niece and sister down. Rhea learns she can trust humans with her secret, but some who shared it a long time ago now want her dead precisely because she is not human, even the child she saved wants to kill her, Seteth tries to make the best out of a crappy situation and can either revert to his old persona after the WoH, not caring about the world it if it means he's be able to protect his daughter or seeing her die in front of his eyes.
