BHAKTI BLUEBERRY SUNRISER SMOOTHIE BOWL & NOTHING AGAINST THE GRAIN-OLA New Live Yum Recipes!
The word Bhakti in Sanskrit roughly translates to fondness for, love to, or devotion to. This smoothie bowl showcases our fondness for blueberries and also foods that provide great taste and medicinal benefits. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, kale is high in fiber, bananas are an excellent source of potassium, almond butter provides a punch of protein, ginger is a digestive aid, lemon juice is a great source of vitamin C, and turmeric aids in reducing inflammation. Consider this smoothie bowl a morning ritual of health. Have our Nothing Against the Grain-Ola on hand for the week and use it to top your smoothie bowl for even more body-mind benefits. Serves 2.
