Mexico Real Estate Educational Seminar in Connecticut

Top Mexico Real Estate hosted an educational Mexico real estate seminar in Stamford, Connecticut. Guests dined on Mexican Cuisine while guest speakers who traveled all the way from Mexico gave informative presentations. Ivan Castillo the Regional Manager of Stewart Title Latin America discussed how foreigners can own real estate in Mexico and walked guests through the Mexico purchasing process. Jennifer Campbell the Executive Vice President of International Lending at LAG Mortgage talked about the financing options available to foreigners. Thomas Lloyd the Founder & CEO of Top Mexico Real Estate gave a presentation about evaluating and managing the risks of buying a pre-construction property in Mexico.

This prestigious event had several guest speakers who traveled from Mexico. Ivan Castillo the Regional Manager of Stewart Title Latin America discussed purchasing process and how a foreigner can own real estate in Mexico. Jennifer Campbell the Executive Vice President of International Lending at LAG Mortgages talked about financing options available to foreigners. Thomas Lloyd the Founder & CEO of Top Mexico Real Estate covered the 7 steps for a first time buyer in Mexico and how to evaluating and managing the risks of buying a pre-construction property. 

During the seminar guests had all their Mexico questions answered while they dined on a Mexican themed dinner and one lucky attendee won the 7 day Riviera Maya Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour raffle. At the expo, Thomas Lloyd the founder of Top Mexico Real Estate had the chance to talk with many wonderful people and answering all of their questions about Mexico and Mexico real estate. Additionally, the attendees had the chance to enter into the raffle of a lifetime.
