It’s definitely true what everyone says about blue light disrupting your sleep. After I figured out the blue light was the culprit causing me to take forever to fall asleep I bought some blue light filtering glasses for when I read on the kindle at night and while those work super well (not all do – but I did find a pair that work great), it is very nice to have this already in place on your kindle without having to use the glasses.
