Ok so, small brown spiders are not easy to ID from photos, unless you get extremely clear photos. I'll do my best guess on this one...
This looks like a Dwarf Spider in the genus Agyneta, family Linyphiidae.

Bug of the Day - Arachtober
Was out checking my bug light the other night because it was ridiculously warm during the day (80'F in October!). Unfortunately the moon was too bright for the bug lights to be active, but I did find this cute little sheetweb spider (Pityohyphantes sp.) on a shrub on the side of my house.
