What if Linoan already knew about her crusader heritage from the outset and took a page from Leif's book, stepping into battle with sword in hand? I kept a good chunk of her normal design in places and even incorporated the shield used by the Master Knight class, albeit smaller.

Greatly inspired by the New Theory of Thracia 776 ROM hack (and its predecessor, the Bloom Patch) where Linoan's class was changed to Lord and is able to use the Light Brand and Blade of Bragi (as seen here), able to become a hybrid class via her normal event later. Given Linoan's importance in FE5's setting, I could quite easily seeing her undergo this treatment in canon. One can dream, right?
