I went in a clothing store and grabbed a lot of jewelry, took it of the cardboards, etc. in the fitting room and headed to the cash register with a shirt I wanted to get.

I was standing in line with 2 people in front of me and suddenly an alarm went off. I really thought I would be screwed until I remembered that I'm still waiting in line.

long story short the fire alarm went off and almost gave me a heart attack. Since everyone had to leave the building I got to pay and then leave quickly and since everyone got scared, nobody noticed that I was extremely nervous.

40 Years On was an irregular feature that appeared in Warlord comic in 1982, either in colour on the back page or in black and white inside. The art was by Ian Kennedy and it gave him a chance to show off his ability at drawing futuristic vehicles. He is just as good at those as he is at doing period vehicles.

These are all the ones that I can find in my collection so I'm not sure if there were more or not. At the time of writing (2021) we are now nearly 40 years on from when these first appeared.
