2. Vex’ahlia or Jester?
Jester. I love Vex a whole fucking lot, but Jester’s effervescent positivity is infectious and draws wonderful reactions out of the rest of the characters. She’s a bright light in the midst of the ridiculous adventures of the M9 and I just can’t get enough of it.
15. Kaylie or Marion Lavorre?
This one is much easier for me. I haven’t seen much of Kaylie yet, because of where I’m at in the campaign, so it’s a super quick Marion for me. She’s not a perfect mother by any means, but she loves Jester so. fucking. much. And the love of a mother like that is always something really special to watch.
17. The Raven Queen or the Traveler?
The Raven Queen. (This one is also easy for me.) I am all about the mystery and the all-knowing mistress of death angle and the Raven Queen just hits on like... all my favorite deity boxes. Though to be fair, The Traveler coming through for Jester like he did against the dragon was pretty fucking sick.
