Tbh I’ve never gotten the Gax hype at all, I truly dislike it because: (1) George is actively out to sabotage Max through nefarious bureaucratic means, he has zero respect for Max as a person and seems to always radiate the most irritating sense of “moral superiority” when discussing Max, and (2) Max does not give a fuck about George—he truly does not care about him. Sure he’ll be cordial but Max sees George as the snake he is.
