These Frosted Lemon Bars Brownies combine the tangy sweetness of lemon with the indulgent richness of brownies. They are perfect for brightening up any occasion with their zesty flavor and creamy frosting.
Ingredients: 1 box lemon cake mix. 2 eggs. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup butter. 2 cups powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them together. Mix everything together well. Add the white chocolate chips and mix them in. Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been prepared. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Let the brownies cool all the way in the pan. Put butter in a small saucepan and melt it over low heat. Take it off the heat and mix in the lemon juice and powdered sugar until it's smooth. Spread frosting out evenly over brownies that have been cooled.
