At approximately 1-2inches above the knee. 3: When the metal rings are in position wrap the strapping all the way around the leg & securely fasten into place with Velcro. 🔹It should not slide down the leg. 4: Taking your 2 bands you'll see they are slightly different lengths. The shorter band goes to the back. ➖➖➖➖Note: If the straps are on correctly the manufactures label will be strategically visible, right side up, at the front of the thigh. 🔹The bands come in different strengths, providing varying resistance levels.
