3. What do you do when you feel sad/upset to make you feel better?

10. What would you do if you switched bodies with your familiar?

🌡 Fave season

Probably winter - mind you, I live in a fairly temperate climate, and my opinion would be different if I lived in a place that got lots of snow! But here, winter is when the bugs go hibernate, the weather calms down (mostly), and the nights are nice and long (I just prefer the night-time, like any old Goth I suppose...) And once or twice a year, we get just a little picturesque snow.

📖 Fave book

Ooooh tough to pick! I’m going to go with Biting the Sun (a single volume that combines two novellas by one of my fave authors, Tanith Lee. The novellas are Don’t Bite the Sun and Drinking Sapphire Wine.) In the far future, you can change bodies and sex at a whim, your every need is catered to inside the huge, beautiful dome cities, and you are expected to party hard for decades as an eternal teenager. So why is literally everyone suffering from depression and ennui?

I like that the nameless protagonist is no sort of hero, mostly just floundering forward as best they can, and they know it. At the same time, they manage to keep bucking a system that tries its best to keep them docile.

🎥 Fave film

Oh god there are so many... Visually, I’m going to say The Fall, directed by Tarsem Singh. All of his movies are visually striking (especially when he worked with late costuming genius Eiko Ishioka), but this is the most visually haunting to me.

“ella~!” consus called across the busy street. “it’s been so long!” he slips through the crowd and gives ella a hug, a real bear hug with one arm under her one shoulder and his other arm on top of her other shoulder. he gives a final squeeze before letting go.

14. You lost Asra’s special ingredients, what are you going to do?

“Oh, this would be so horrible situation! I’m usually thorough, so losing something important is a catastrophe to me. Well... At first I’d try to look for them, even with magic, if necessary. If I couldn’t find them, I’d tell to Asra and offer to buy or get him new ingredients. Alternatively, if those ingredients aren’t available at Vesuvia, I would give him money to cover the expenses of getting new ones elsewhere.”

Oh this is where I can kinda show who I usually use who for!

Drexxel: Julian - he loves the way that he tries to flirt but gets flustered when Drexxel flirts back, having turned the dial up way higher than it needs to be.  Portia - Her laugh. The way she holds nothing back with it. It’s loud, boisterous, and full of energy. The two of them together could deafen someone with how loud they laugh. Asra - The physical contact. Not even the heavy stuff, just the embraces, the head pats, the lingering touch of soft lips against his... Asra is so intoxicating in so many ways.  Lucio - the kinky stuff I mean-- the stories he can tell! Drexxel loves a good story. Especially if it’s exciting and full of danger.
