“In my professional competitive Pokemon opinion I feel like TB would have a good amount of steel types but compared to GB who’d be mono steel he would have a team member or two that steps out of that line. Needle is a fighting type trainer mega lucario is her ace. Idk if she’d use the normal one or the Z mega I feel like she’d use the normal one bc she’s needle she punches and kicks shit all the time, miss her with that stronger special attack stat! Book has a single morpeko.
Despite having the type disadvantage to both her competitors I BELIEVE IN HER!!! (Technically it’s only needle now but idc book is the favorite to win atm I’m pretty sure)
I have to think really hard abt tb’s ace because there’s a lot of good picks. In early gens he so would have ran self destruct/explosion electrode… I think his ace could be magnezone ? I can also see him and gb using paradox pokemon because they’re like that + tennis ball actually time travels so

One of my friends then asked for Leafy’s team. I responded:
“Ok first off type null > Silvally easy. She would have a lot of pokemon that evolve from friendship and obviously grass types. Any member of the arboliva line probably. Anyway all of her pokemon have return and I imagine a hard counter to whatever one might use on complete accident.
Ngl firey leafy and teardrop automatically complete the fire grass water core that’s awesome, and if you compare them to red green and blue from the manga …… oh yeah it’s all coming together(green in some adaptions is insane and completely independent from society, like Leafy)
I’ll think of more later but Coiny and Pin are ABSOLUTELY disgusting and the only time they stop using matching pokemon is during the mecha pin arc. luvdisc, plusle and minun, volbeat and illumise, etc etc. Coiny for sure has a Meowth by him at all times but idk who pin would have solo…
