A closer look at my new piece "Fountainhead" - oil on panel, 60" x 60", now on view at @rjdgallery . There is so much paint caked on this one, it piles and oozes throughout the thousands of blooms. I used several pounds of oil paint on this panel, and tube after tube of lead white to get that glow and rich textural landscape.
