--- it had been far too long since rori had seen noah. with the school year almost half way through, she had been so busy with submitting grades and drafting report cards for her sixth graders that her social life had taken quite the hit, almost to the point of non-existence. she decided to put grading off for one evening, sending a text to noah asking if he would meet her for an early dinner at grannys. delighted by his acceptance, she had arrived earlier than usual to snag them a good table, and get waters and cutlery set for the two of them.
