-- GETTING LOST WITH SOMEONE like Kokichi felt like a nightmare, almost. How did they even get lost, to begin with...? He was certain he knew the way back, but it seems like that wasn't the case at all. Wonderful.

   Sighing lightly, Shuichi tried to look around to see if there were anything familiar they might've seen before getting lost, so they could perhaps backtrack.

    "Uhuh..."  Admittedly, he wasn't paying much attention to what Kokichi had said just now, and he was more focused on finding their way out.  "...W-Wait, aren't you going to help too-?!"

Perhaps he shouldn’t be so surprised. Sonia was, after all, his Princess of darkness. She held a power that even he did not comprehend for the longest time.

He understood now.

Despite the searing pain, despite how hard it was to breathe with the spear pierced through his chest effectively pinning him to the ground, a smile managed to form on his bloody lips.

“S..So..” He began, his voice raspy. “This.. Th-This is the end.. of the Tn.. Tanaka Empire...” A laugh, wheezy and weak, shook his frame.

It was fair and square, he was going to die with honor. ..Still, he knew what was going to happen when he took his final breath. Of all people, he did feel a pang of regret that she was the one in the end.

But what other choice did he have?

Oogie blinked. “Why not? Most people just move the triangle ‘round the board, anyway.” He folded his arms, sitting back from where he had been assembling the board.

             he’s watching death tie his tie, grinning and TRYING to keep his mouth shut. god, was an immortal SUPPOSED to be adorable? jesus christ. shane really needs to figure out what his goal was here. he wasn’t even sure if there was one. he hasn’t even been out himself for YEARS ----- thankfully, his witch friend was able to help with that. 

Gundham didn’t often get sick- taking care of himself and his health was always a priority for him. But it was clear something was wrong, and that the breeder wasn’t feeling like himself.

“Do not.. come any closer.” He warned between wheezy breaths, one arm on the wall to keep himself up as the other was held up to try to keep the Yakuza heir at a distance.

Watching him take a look around, his eyes narrowed curiously. He doubted he’d seen anyone with this many photographs of themselves in frames. It was amusing to say the least.  “I know what dia de los muertos is.” He lifted his chin. “Guess you really want people to remember you, huh?”
