Vulcans are the best version of the “intelligent emotionless aliens” trope, because they choose to be like that, and that’s just infinitely better than aliens just being born like that

And we were robbed of getting to see Vulcans meet a race of aliens who match that trope and when it comes to down to whatever kind of challenge, the Vulcans (who in this situation I’m guessing the other aliens would look down on them because they aren’t born like that and because of their past) win against them because nothing beats their learned self control motherfucker they can take whatever you can dish

I just had my second lesson and it was the worst acting I’ve done in my entire life.  She was trying to teach me mic technique, while also advising my acting, and between all that I just.  Lost any talent I ever had. I think I’ve been too cocky.  I never had to try at stage acting.  I was always pretty good.  So I thought it would be the same for voice acting, and MAN is it NOT.  And I’ve never in my life gotten real stage fright before today.

I just, Forgot any skill I’ve ever had. Voice acting is hard work! And I’m that meme about not being immediately good at something and LOSING IT bc when I tell you I almost cried I am not lying.
