At the end of five hours of great fun cooking for @skipstonewine's harvest party, we went to the chicken coop to grab some eggs. We fried them in lamb fat in the brick oven and basted them under lamb belly. Then we served the lamb belly with the fried eggs and Skipstone's malbec. One of the best bites of food you will ever have. It's so decadent. You can actually see Sayat salivating at the end of the video. This was so good we decided to put it on our December menus!
