Esse Bordeaux eu provei há alguns meses, graças ao meu amigo @RenatoNahasB, profundo conhecedor de vinhos franceses. • Vinho principal do @ChateauSiaurac, em Lalande de Pomerol (região vizinha ao Pomerol, na margem direita do rio Dordogne). Na safra 2009 é um blend de 85% Merlot e 15% Cabernet Franc, com maturação em barricas francesas, 25% novas, por 14 meses. • Na taça tem coloração rubi de média intensidade, com bastante sedimento. Os aromas mostram frutas negras, pimenta-do-reino, terra e tabaco. Em boca tem corpo médio, acidez média-alta e taninos moderados e de ótima qualidade. Tem um leve amargor, talvez pelos sedimentos e média persistência. Um bom vinho. Equilibrado e macio, ainda com bastante estrutura e, certamente, bons anos pela frente, devendo ganhar complexidade.
