Congratulations to Zagato's crown for being my new least favorite thing to draw.

Back with another Draw the Squad, since I've been busy of late. I think the base for this one is from Nemhain From Void? At least that's where I found it, if I'm wrong on that please let me know.

As usual sketch and bonus rambles below the cut.

Villain stack! None of them remember why or how they got here.

Its another draw the squad this week, but unfortunately I can't find the original reference's creator. If anyone knows, please let me know and I'll update it when I can.

I saw someone say they also enjoyed the found-family dynamic of the villains. I just wanted to put these images out there in case they haven’t seen them yet. Again, sorry about the garbage quality but these are from the 15th anniversary disc art gallery.

I like to imagine that Lafarga took the picture of Caldina and Ascot, and Inova took the rest that he wasn’t present in. It’s sillier that way. Also there is this one from the extra books.

Lafarga frowned thoughtfully, not taking his eyes off Ascot until he’d left their sight. Caldina raised an eyebrow.

“You know him?” She asked.

“I know enough,” He said, turning back to face her and lowering his voice, “How long have you been traveling together?”

“Just a few days. Why?”

“Look, you seem like a nice woman,“ Lafarga began, and it took all of Caldina’s self control not to laugh at him right there, “But that guy, let’s just say he has a reputation. He’s dangerous, and I wouldn’t want to see you get hurt-“

“Mmphzr!” Caldina couldn’t hold it in any longer. She started pounding on the ground, tears former in her eyes, laughing hysterically. Lafarga’s brow furrowed in concern.

“I know he looks like an innocent kid, but I’m being completely serious right now.”

“I know!” Caldina managed, taking a small break to catch her breath, “That’s what makes it so funny!”

“I don’t understand.”

“‘Course ya don’t.” Her laughing finally died down to a manageable chuckle. “Look, Captain, I appreciate the concern, but I can take care of myself.”

“But-“ Lafarga tried again, but Caldina shushed him with a closed fan to his lips.
