Y'all literally ignore a HUGE problem about a 15 year old telling Ted Raimi that she wants to fuck him for months, posting sexual content of herself AND leaving sexual comments on his posts. And now he goes and follows her, and Y'all just be saying "no kink shame." Her telling lies about them talking to each other, and all you have to say, "She's a CHILD(!!!!!!!!!! To someone having NO idea who either Ted Raimi or Lilly is, it looks like a 57 year old who wants to get into the pussy of a 15 year old. (Which actually is kinda how I personally see it)

Let me help you out here.

Physics teaches us that if a moving object is getting hot, there must be friction. Which means the wheel/tire is grinding up against something.

Basically anyone, especially a mechanic, is going to be able to figure this out.

Here are some possible explanations:

1. Your brake caliper is possibly seized or slipping. Lazy mechanics will replace the brake pads but it’s likely the caliper itself that is the problem.

If this is the case, the mechanic (who has presumably seen a brake system before) would notice that even when the brakes are not applied, the brake sticks to the wheel as if it is applied. So it’s pretty hard to miss. They need to replace the piston or slide pins.

2) you could have a collapsed brake hose. This would cause an issue where the brake remained engaged, even when your foot was not on the brake pedal. Which, again, would be pretty easy to notice. Externally the hose would look fine- but presumably they would see that it was not disengaging and would not give you back the car claiming it was fixed.

3. Parking brake could be stuck or misaligned. Also pretty easy to see.

* Could be:

* Cable seized

* Parking brake shoe stuck inside rotor (if drum-in-hat design)

I’m so glad your mom has been able to afford hundreds of dollars in car repairs. Especially given you have to help her with her work because she’s unable to do it after her confusing and conveniently timed surgery that definitely wasn’t totally made up.

I do find it a bit hard to believe that multiple mechanics would try to fix this and give it back to you as if they had resolved the issue without testing the car, refunding your money or giving you any useful information on what they had fixed that you could share. Usually they tell you what you’re paying for when you exchange money for goods and services.

The above potential sources are the most likely scenario and there’s not very many things that would cause your rear wheel to smoke.
