A Lack of Direction
You know when you stay up overly late and think of something that seems unfathomably amazing (at the time), and then when the same thought crosses your mind the next day, you realize how horrible it really is? I’d say thats an accurate metaphor for how my life is going. Don't get me wrong. I’m a very cheerful person, but sometimes thing’s just do not go the way that you would have liked them to. Unfortunately, life is not like a romantic comedy... or like any movie, for that matter. I was aggressively reminded of that (often verbally) during my previous relationship. I would argue that that was clearly inaccurate due to the fact that there are movies that exist “based on true stories” and then usually be called unreasonable. I don't think it’s unreasonable to ask for effort, but I digress.

That petulance came quicker than I did the first time that someone slid their hand down my pants.
Now here we are after an introduction mirroring an angsty teen comedy, a previous sentence that is most likely too explicit for the nature of this post, and a lack of definitive direction for this post (not to mention, my life) to proceed to.
I still find myself forming "L's" with my hand to tell which direction is which. How do I even tie my shoes in the morning?!?
Who said we have to answer every question?
None of us knows what we're doing. Truthfully, we never will. But no one said that we have to know where we are going in life in order to feel fulfilled. Maybe the true happiness comes from the things we don't know in life...Because so long as we try to find this purpose of ours- we are living to the full extent that we can live...Just a thought.
