I definitely do not think checkers or stripes are the way to go. If you wanted a print socks may be the way to go rather than tights in this case. There's a lot going on with the dress and I think having a little break between the dress and the socks will help keep it from being a little overwhelming. You could go with a print that has sweets like socks424, or bows like Secret Shop's 502. If you wanted to do tights rather than socks I would keep it fairly simple with a more subtle print like hearts or bows. It's a little more detail than solid black but it doesn't take attention away from the dress.

I think the purple could work but I would say only if you add more purple to it. Maybe black and purple wristcuffs, a bigger purple hair accessory, and maybe some purple jewelry in a theme that matches the print. Ideally though I think your best option would be to replace the purple with pink since it's already so prominent in the print. That would also give you a good and easy hair accessory that you could use because Infanta has a cute bow that uses the exact same fabric.

I definitely know what you mean by it being overdone. I think the Wonder Party socks could work with it if you incorporated the theme of the socks into the coord which actually works well with what I was going to suggest which was to sort of combine it with Classic elements. You could do something a bit like this where they took the super Sweet print and then toned it down with muted colors that compliment the pastel colors. Then you could add little things like jewelry that relate to the tea pots and cups on the socks which will go well with the Classic look too.

I don’t think it’ll be a problem. Knowing my personal experience with the super fluffy petti and looking at the pictures of that JSK, I think it’ll fit just fine.

I think what you have so far is cute and works well. For a blouse I would maybe go with something in white to even things out. You already have a lot of pink, a lot of blue, and then just a tiny bit of white so adding a white blouse can add a little more balance. For your hair, how short is very short? Like a bob? Or shorter like a pixie? Bob length is really versatile and you can do a lot of things but the easiest would be to just do a big headbow in pink or blue or both. If it’s shorter than that, you’ll want to go with smaller accessories because you don’t want your hair accessories to overwhelm your entire head. A smaller bow toward one side or maybe a cake or ice cream or macaron hairclip would be really cute. And yes, it’s a bell shape.

I personally like L515 better. I don’t really know why but I’ve never been a huge fan of the other one.As for the customs question I don’t think I’ll be much help as I have no idea how customs works in Germany. Based on what I’ve heard people usually only have to pay customs on very large orders but I can’t say for sure.

I think it’s okay. I really liked it when it came out but I’m starting to get over it. lol I do really like the sax version because I think sax and pink is an adorable color combination. I sort of think the concept of the dress is just a little boring and generic at this point, but I would like to see it coordinated in different ways than what I usually see.
