Lunch adventure. My plan was to get a salad from McDonald's but... they DON'T HAVE SALADS ANYMORE!!! like what?! So Gas station it was (Kwik Trip is a great place to find a healthy meal!!) I got a Cesar salad (Romain lettuce with chicken and parmesan) the protein and veggies were pretty small with this salad so I got a cheese stick also and they had free toppings for the hot dogs (onions, tomato, jalapeno) I added those on top. Picked a dressing with no sugar or flour in the top 3 ingredients. And they had fresh avocados!! (Did you know that avocados can be counted as a vegetable also?! 2oz towards your vegetables serving) then they had a perfect 6oz fruit cup! And a coffee 😁🥰 they had cinnamon and nutmeg seasonings by the coffee and a dash of those on top of my coffee was DELICIOUS!!
