This elderly patient who had had cataract operation fell earlier this year and sustained left hyphaema (blood in the anterior chamber). On recovery, her iris was found to be missing (traumatic aniridia). She was bothered with glare and photophobia, her doctor recommended iris implant but she was not keen for further surgery. This teenage boy was bullied at school because of his divergent squint and sleepy looking eyes. His mother brought him for corrective surgery.
