Pacha isn’t sure how this became his life. Six months ago, he was a llama farmer in Peru, married to Chica, with his kids Chaca and Tipo. And now… he’s a llama farmer in Peru, married to Chica, with his kids Chaca and Tipo… but somehow with a boyfriend named Kuzco also living with them. Chica is pregnant with their third child, so she hasn’t been sleeping well, and she finds her husband washing the dishes at 00:28.
“Pacha? I thought this was your and Kuzco’s night for tea and slideshows.”
He gestures to the sudsy pool beneath his hands.
“There was a ring in his teacup.”
She only smiles, understanding how privileged Kuzco grew up. He’s slowly turning himself around, and he’s made himself a surrogate family despite their lack in wealth. It’s certainly unconventional, but she likes it that way. Pacha pours more tea into the now clean teacup and kisses his wife on the way out of the house.
“Bout time,” Kuzco grins when he sees his boyfriend. “Gimme, gimme.”
Pacha rolls his eyes but hands over the cup. Kuzco glances inside and then takes a long sip as Pacha settles behind the smaller man. He gently pulls his arms around Kuzco’s middle, and the younger man falls against him in comfort. The slideshow starts up again, Kuzco happily sharing his childhood memories with someone who cares.

Kucha or Kuche (Chinese: 龜茲; pinyin: Qiūcí also Chinese: 库车; pinyin: Kùchē; Sanskrit: Kucina),was an ancient Buddhist kingdom located on the branch of the Silk Road that ran along the northern edge of the Taklamakan Desert in the Tarim Basin and south of the Muzat River. For a long time, Kucha was the most populous oasis in the Tarim Basin. As a Central Asian metropolis, it was part of the Silk Road economy, and was in contact with the rest of Central Asia, including Sogdiana and Bactria, and thus also with the cultures of South Asia, Iran, and coastal areas of China. Its main population was Indo-European, part of the ancient population of the Tarim Basin known as Tocharians, and they spoke an Indo-European language known as Tocharian. Chinese sources from the 2nd century BCE did mention Indo-European Wusun populations with blue eyes and red hair in the area of the Ili river, to the northwest of Kucha. Zhang Qian 張騫 travelled the area westward to visit Central Asia, during the 2nd century BCE, stopping at Kucha. The Roman Maes Titianus is known to have visited the area in the 2nd century CE. According to the Book of Han (completed in 111 CE), Kucha was the largest of the "Thirty-six Kingdoms of the Western Regions", with a population of 81,317. The Kingdom of Kucha occupied a strategic position on the Northern Silk Road, which brought it prosperity, and made it a wealthy center of trade and culture.

Pecha Kucha Presentations!
Yesterday we, the FULL HOUSE of inspiration, presented our project Pecha Kucha style. René and Britt rehearsed well and got on stage to tell everybody the story about Peter on Planet Dreams, House of Inspiration on Planet Inspiration and us: The Guardians of the Galaxy in a spacecraft bringing them together!

The presentation went really well! Our client, Joyce and Marlies, were also in the crowd and they really enjoyed the evening. Moreover, our amazing menter Robert was there to support us and we think we really made him proud <3 We love you Robert <3
There were a lot of great teams presenting. We didn’t win the first prize, but we are very happy with our result and that we got to tell our story to the jury, to the wonderful ladies PREMIUM and of course our mentor and our client.
The jury asked us a couple of questions. They were critical in their questions which was really good. We had our answers ready for them. The jury was not only critical, they were also very positive about our presentation in general, our drawings and the way we presented!
We can’t wait to continue PREMIUM for the coming weeks. Good job team! FULL HOUSE <3
