do you have any suggestions for good pregame fics and stuff? i'm uh. not generally a fan of a lot of pregame stuff, it can really creep me out sometimes, but i do really like the idea itself and i want to see interesting takes on it!
Ah sorry I left this so long anon!I don’t read a lot of pregame myself, I’m very picky on the way it’s presented, even if I really do like it as a concept. I’m a sucker for dystopian premises and dark world building. However I usually find myself looking for longer fics with these aspects in vr au post-games.But I can give you three shorter fics I’ve read and enjoyed.cast list - callback auditions by seraf is an excellent pregame fic from tsumugi’s POV which tackles some characters you don’t often see in pregame, and some you do, as well as some twists on how certain traits in-game come to be. Before the curtain rises by HazyDayzz is one of the few pregame saiou fics I liked. It’s Kokichi’s POV and it’s shorter, a companion to a post-game fic, but I like the take on the characters in it.But I Kiss You Like A Lover by ktfics is short, and only a small portion of it is pregame, but it’s saioumota and lovely, and it goes over so many dynamics I enjoy.Good luck out there anon!
