Demoros' Circlet Added (Head Accessory)

Demoros' Circlet is a head accessory with Concentration effect

Dungeons with item level 423 and above (including Harrowhold) will drop materials.

Corsair’s Stronghold and Fraywind Canyon Vanguard quests will also reward materials.

Champion’s Skyring’s Victory Box will have low chance to drop materials.

Resizing Stone Added

New T2 and PvP Accessories will be available for resizing with Resizing Stone

Dungeons with item level 417 and above (including Harrowhold) will reward these.

Corsair’s Stronghold and Fraywind Canyon Victory Box will have chance to drop these.

Changes to Level Requirement for Learning Skills

With the exception of Valkyrie, the level requirement to learn or upgrade skills will be adjusted for other 12 classes

If the skill has addition levels, they must be learned using gold.

Civil Unrest

Replacing rewards from All BAMs in Civil Unrest : Velika

Focused Circlet → Demoros' Circlet

Resizing Kit → Resizing Stone

Options

Additional option for adjusting effect levels will be added

There will be separate options for open world and dungeon

When putting up an item for a price below certain amount, a warning pop-up will be displayed.

This is to prevent an abuse by purposely putting up an item for low price, which then caused the prices to be registered for lower price when other players try to put up same item for sale.

Increased Refined Noctenium [Uncommon] effect duration from 10 min to 15 min

Increased number of Noctenium needed for Noctenium Refiner [Uncommon] from 400 to 500.

UI

Added option to adjust Camera shaking

It can also separately adjust the magnitude of screen shaking when other player uses certain skills.

Velik’s Temple Normal and Hard Mode nerfed, greatly decreased monster HP

GvG

Fixed an issue where a guild can declare and withdraw repeatedly so that the opposing side could not Forfeit

Reduced time required to Forfeit from 60 minutes -> 30 minutes

Increased GvG re-declaration from 1 hour -> 3 hours

GvG declaration cooldown will apply after withdrawal instead of when GvG was declared

Changed GvG declaration fee:

Small - 300 to 500

Medium - 900 to 1200

Large - 1500 to 2000

Changed GvG maintenance fee:

Small - 5 to 15

Medium - 15 to 30

Large - 25 to 45

Changes to in-game method to obtain Dragon Mount

Old method:

scale -(50:1)-> Hardened Egg -(RNG)-> dragon or claw/talon -(8:1)-> Mysterious Egg -(RNG)-> dragon or claw/talon

scale -(10:1)-> Old Scroll -(RNG)-> dragon or scroll piece -(40:1)-> guaranteed dragon.

Increased Power from 30 to 45

Increased Crit Factor from 30 to 50

Decreased Rage consumption from 300 to 250 per second

Quick Dash:

Quick Dash can be casted second time if used within 8 seconds.

Cooldown applies when Quick Dash is casted second time.

Increased Cooldown from 5 seconds to 8 seconds 

Glyph of persistence has been replaced by Glyph of Energy:

Glyph of Energy [common]: Decrease Cooldown by 15% / Cost 3 points

Glyph of Energy [master]: Decrease Cooldown by 20% / Cost 3 points

On top of Brawler balance patch, Slayer, Berserker, Mystic, Archer, Ninja, Reaper, Gunner, Warrior, and Valkyrie Balance Patches are also scheduled.

Darkan will initiate his attacks after he approach the player first.

When the Mana Regenerator device (pylons) is interfering the player’s view, it will become transparent.

Certain attacks will inflict less damage.

Akeron’s Inferno Hard Mode

Mobs that attack the sword will have less HP, but inflict more damage

The Sword will have more HP and Defense (The seal thing next to magnatrox(hakan)

Battlegrounds will reward the following instead: Victory: Victory Box Corresponding to the Dungeon (Non-Tradeable). Defeat:  Document of Encouragement (5 of these convert to Victory Box)
