I've been woking on this headstand for about 2 months on and off ! When I first attempted I thought there was NO WAY IN HELL AM I GONNA BE ABLE TO LIFT MY BIG ASS UP 😂😂 I attempted maybe once a week (if that ) . My biggest issue was that I just couldn't stand the pressure on my head so I reached out to @jasminemi_chelle for advice . Crazy thing is I only attempted it once after that . So today my sister and I were talking and I was trying to show your the head stand I COULDN'T DO, except I did it 😕 . But I couldn't show yall that one bc I was too hit 😂 so here it is ...
