Hello thank you!! My current drawing program is Krita, but used to be photoshop until they got bad. Honestly i don't really know how to use it...but oh well

The brush pack i use is the Awez Brush Bundle Bonanza by Awez! the textures are really good and you can tweak the brushes to be however you like them. I definitely recommend looking at more of their packs if you use krita

On the topic of field sketches, I found a neat online tool that can turn a PDF into a virtual book with turnable pages. I put my dragon sketches into a fake journal of field notes. It's a nifty way to look through a document, and you get to host five of them on a free account. It's worth checking out!

To make the PDF, I initially tried Scribus which has long been touted as the open source equivalent to InDesign. Unfortunately, I found it pretty difficult to use. I know you can't exactly be picky when it comes to free software, but I spent more time Googling how to do basic functions than I did working on the content. Instead, I ended up using Studio.Polotno which is kind of like free, lightweight Canva. It would be a huge pain the neck for a book of any substance , but it had enough tools to get the job done.
