Tüm malzemeler karıştırılıp, elde edilen hamur sıkma torbasına (ince uç takılıp) konup incecik çubuk yada istediğimiz şekilleri verip 175 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında hafif pembeleşinceye kadar pişiririz. Bir kabın içine yumurta sarısını alırız, bir kahve fincanı su ile çırparız. Pişen krakerleri bu yumurtalı suya döküp her taraflarına gelecek şekilde karıştırıp, delikli kepçeyle yeniden tepsiye alıp biraz daha kızartırız. Hızlı piştiği için başından ayrılmayalım.
