This might like- break some of yāallās hearts (or not! He was an ASS) but Azazel was ALWAYS meant to die at the end. He was meant to sacrifice himself for his sibling, and it would be his one and only concrete act of growth. And- Hei too- but I didnāt draw him here because I got āØlazyāØ and they also just turn into a lil star
Krill was (alongside Krab, but Iāll reveal everything another time) meant to almost join the darkness againā¦and that would be when Azazel would realize that, due to their new form, their new nature, being turned back to the darkness is actually actively harmful to Krill rather than healthy and natural. And that theyāre just suffering through it to be with their brother again. And thatās when Azazel would intervene and put an end to it, effectively sacrificing himself for them, like he had always wanted to (because- they sacrificed their life for him, he always felt oh so guilty about it, all that TASTY stuff~)

Yāknow I actually toyed with the idea of a whale elder a lot, and were I to remake the story, Iād actually add her in. As a force of strength, neutrality, wilderness. I, of course, LOVED the leviathan and the manatees ??? So I REALLY wanted to draw some art of them asā¦skyā¦kids? Well, the manatee at least. Theyāre a sweet lil shy baby, pretty short and quiet, but really gentle overall, loves to play

Happy first anniversary of the blog, @krabandkrillā!!!Ā
Yes, yes, I know that I am super late. But I wasnāt home the day of the anniversary and so wasnāt able to make a proper gift to my all time favorite ask blog! But now, when school finally ended, i managed to finally create a proper gift for the blog that I love so, so much. So here we are! I read an anon suggestion for the anniversary art, in which the person suggested to draw @awful-little-gooseā holding their characters on baby leashes, and I found the idea HILARIOUS. So, since Goose didnāt choose it, I decided to draw it myself as a gift! (totally not in a hopes of pleasing the ancient evil within goose making them give mercy to us and not stab us with angst blade) (at least not so hard).Ā
Krab and Krill was honestly my ray of light during this hard year. Their blog was one of the first Sky related blogs I followed, opening myself to the amazing community of Skyblr, through which I met so many awesome people who became my closest friends. In fact, their blog is what made me hyperfixate on Sky in the first place, because I saw how people manage to make such interesting and unique characters and stories simply basing from the little info given to us in the game. This blog was, and still is, a huge inspiration for me. Each time I see a post from Krab&Krill, I feel very happy and my mind fills up with ideas for Sky and the characters there. Goose showed me that with persistence and a burning passion for the thing you are doing, you can create amazing stuff. It even made me decide to try and create an ask blog too! - more details in the near future ššĀ
So of course, Iām more than happy that not only this blog reached such huge milestone in follower count (which Goose totally deserves!!!), but also stayed active for so long, bringing happiness to me and plenty others, especially in these rough times.Ā
This blog honestly was sometimes a life savior to me, that pulled me out of art block and apathy caused by the situations in my life many, may times.Ā
So dear Goose, from me and all the other Skyblr folks - thank you! Thank you so much for not giving up on this blog and continuing sharing your art and stories, even if your life has some difficulties right now, that I hope will get solved soon.Ā

(Goose usually doesnāt draw themselves lower than the upper body, plus doesnāt give the color scheme for their clothes, so I had to alter. I decided to give them the mostĀ āmom dadā style - a nice sweater with a print, shirts with horrendous print and socks with sandals. Please forgive me Goose š š š )
