I ordered a GOT7 album which was a gift for a friend, three weeks later they email me saying the package was returned to them. I said I understood and asked them to ship it to me instead, they said they could only do so if I agreed to pay the shipping fee again, to which I did. I honestly thought it was a mistake on their part, and was ready to forgive it, but turns out 2 weeks later, I get another email saying the package has been returned to them, and that if I want it reshipped I must pay them the shipping fee again, I have fought countless times with them over email to get a full refund and they refused.This being said I am opening a case with these mother $#*!ers, they are liars and will rip you off your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE EVIL LIARS. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY MAY SEND YOU YOUR FIRST ORDER BUT AFTERWARDS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN.

My sister ordered an item for me around a week before christmas (SAKUN x KAI facemask) and well...it still hasn’t arrived. During christmas week, the page for that certain product was still available. BUT when I went on the site today, the page where the product used to be says “no longer available”. I’m not sure if I got scammed but, I really hope I wasn’t. I have seen a lot of people complain about kpoptown being the worst sellers ever, but let’s just pray that my order is in safe hands or..something good. All I’ve heard is that the sellers are based in SK, they also get a lot of complaints. It would be a shame if they put up items on their site that were no longer available... The other items that were also sold as EXO outdoor goods were taken down from the site.
I am very upset with this.
My bts dark and wild album still hasnt come and im seriously distressed, ive ordered lots from kpoptown and shipping has never taken this long!! D:
