my mental health is tanking but im getting back out of the hole. having no meds for BPD is really hard, but therapy helps so much.

im considering ECT for this and depression, but i also think im gonna try microdosing shrooms before that even tho i got the referral

working out and eating well is going good tho. I’m down 18lbs and im happy where I am here at 140/145. now I can deal with building some muscle when I can eat again. thankfully cleared to 💨 🍃 again for a bit.
