The design of Mudangbeolle the korean ladybug (ancient), looks very delightful. My imaginations turns on, specially for the background, photo references are very helpful

Past Miraculous holders in Korea
Hello, my fellow gamers I come today bearing news from the depraved lands of Twitter!
So Thomas recently posted a sketch of a Korean Ladybug which in itself is interesting, but he added that a one Yi Sun Sin would also make a good Miraculous holder.
Now for those of you who have seen grass in the last three months you may not know who this individual is or their impact on history. A quick google search will tell you who they are but I'm here to fill you in on how they were important to history.
Our story about this Korean admiral starts in Japan at the end of the Sengoku Jidai period.
With the Toyotomi's taking the Shogunate for themselves (as a relative of the Uesugi I am big angy but I digress) Japan began to look abroad for its future ambitions much like the twentieth century.
This led to their invasions of Korea from 1592 to 1598 attempting to conquer the peninsula to invade China.
Our protagonist Yi Sun Sin had always wanted to be a soldier and began his career in a border fort then transferred to a naval garrison. Koreas Army at the time was in a state of relative disrepair as it mainly served to fend off raiders and pirates. This made Korean naval assets their greatest military strength as their ships were well constructed and well-armed to fight off these pirates.
Now when the first Japanese ships arrived on Korean shores the head of the Korean Navy in an enlightened act of brilliance. . . Did absolutely nothing and scuttled his fleet. Effectively allowing Japanese soldiers in unarmed transports to land and begin their push northward to annex the peninsula. In a month the Japanese were in Seoul.
Yi Sun Sin proceeded to raid Japanese vessels after this disaster not losing a single vessel in the process. Now, this is an impressive feat as he only had about 26 vessels under his command. Granted some of these were the famous turtle ship which was at that time the first modern destroyer as its whole purpose was anti-ship.
Now another development by Yi Sun Sin was the Cranes Wing formation. After luring vessels out into open combat His ships would surround the enemy in a u shape to prevent escape and counter flanking.
It is with this info that I get back to the miraculous part of this post. Which miraculous would he have? Well there are two obvious choices 1. the Turtle
or
2. The Crane
The first one because haha funny turtle ship decimates the entire Japanese fleet. The second one because of the formation he developed. The only problem is that I don't know if there is a Crane miraculous so he most likely would have been a turtle holder.
Unfortunately, however, Yi Sun Sin would die in the last battle the Battle of Noryang Strait. But he will forever go down in history as one of the greatest Naval commanders having taken the Korean Navy outnumbered and beleaguered and turning it into a crack fighting force that could take any Navy of the day. He effectively single-handedly saved the nation of Korea from disaster as he destroyed the Japanese fleets.
Well, I hope you learned something today about a man Thomas Astruc mentioned having a miraculous.
