Steel type pokemons!

Given that Emmet’s mainly known for having a bunch of Joltiks as a headcanon, who’s to say that Ingo doesn’t have a bunch of Klinks with him? :]
They are in charge of gear station after all!
How bout the n with the klink that has refused to leave his team?
oh Hell yeah i've been meaning to draw his klink again i'm obsessed with it now

Here's my piece for @/agent-gladhand 's Follow the Schedule 2026 Submas calendar project! 🌸 It was an honor to be part of this with so many amazing and talented artists! Please go check them if you didn't have a chance to get the calendar yourself. ^^
It was my first time doing a bigger piece like this, with so many pokemons and things to take into consideration so I also learned a lot! Thank you again Gladhand for organizing the project - I had a great time! <3
mōrena charlie! im curious, is there any pattern to which klink becomes the klang when they evolve? is it always the right one or is it based on which one is stronger? can they even have a stronger klink or are they exactly the same? thank you!
there's not really a pattern to it! there seems to be a slight bias towards the minigear on the right side becoming the larger gear, but it's small enough to not have any real statistical significance. klink are such a new species that there's still a lot we don't know about them, though! a very recent study has noticed that the minigear that gets launched at opponents most often does seem to be the one that stays a minigear upon evolution, but we've got a lot to learn about these guys still.
both of the minigears in a klink are equally strong! and when they evolve, they both become klang- one just stays a minigear while the other gets bigger. it's easy to see the minigear as still being a klink, but in reality klink and klang both only exist when they have two gears together. they're completely dependent on each other and can't be separated even after they evolve, or else they'll die. just like you can't substitute one minigear for another in a clink, you can't replace either of the gears in a klang with a new one. they're one fully coherent unit rather than two connected ones!
