Trauma reenactment is actively retraumatizing and makes your flashbacks worse, coping through kink helps you process and makes your flashbacks easier to deal with.
If you sexualize your trauma, you will most likely end up doing a mixture of these and it is your own personal responsibility to figure out how to move away from reenactment, both for your own safety and the safety of your partners.
It is not the place of strangers to tell people that they are doing trauma reenactment in the bedroom. Even if you are right, often times you are still shaming people for a trauma response without offering any real resources or replacement coping skills. At worst, you are actively contributing to their trauma
